3. How We Protect Your Data

  • End-to-End Encryption: Journal entries are encrypted on your device before being stored. Only you can decrypt and read them.
  • Secure Transmission: All data is transmitted using TLS 1.3 encryption.
  • Secure Storage: Data is stored in secure, access-controlled cloud infrastructure.
  • No Third-Party Access: We do not sell or share your personal therapy data with third parties.

4. Your Rights (GDPR)

You have the right to:

  • Export: Download your data in a portable format (within 30 days of request)
  • Deletion: Request complete deletion of your account and data (within 30 days of request)
  • Rectification: Correct any inaccurate personal information
  • Withdraw Consent: Stop data processing at any time by deleting your account

5. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, all associated data will be permanently deleted within 30 days. Some anonymized, aggregated data may be retained for analytics purposes but cannot be linked back to you.
